Our story

We're a young farm with a singular obsession — coaxing the most flavorful gourmet mushrooms out of clean substrate, filtered air, and patience.

Two brothers, one greenhouse, and a deep respect for the craft. Every flush is grown by hand, picked at peak, and brought straight to the market table.
